Some orders will be shipped from a local warehouse with an average of 2-5 days delivery. Hawaii and APO addresses will be charged a freight difference and will be delivered by express companies such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after they are placed. The estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and condition, along with the receipt. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be refused. If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please retain the packaging and contact us immediately at service@beansjourney.com.
