Shipping and Delivery
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
International deliveries typically take 5-8 days. Detailed delivery information will be included in your confirmation email. Some orders will be shipped from a local warehouse with an average of 2-5 days delivery. Hawaii and APO addresses will be charged a freight difference and will be delivered by express companies such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

2. When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after they are placed. The estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Order Concerns
1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. 

2. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

3. Can I change my shipping address after place an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

4. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email service@beansjourney.com.

Payment and Billing
1. What currency does BeansJourney use for transactions?
All transactions on BeansJourney are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

2. Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

3. Are there any additional taxes or fees?
Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. BeansJourney does not charge hidden fees.

1. Can I return my product?
We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products. If you need to return an order, we are here to help. Please email us directly at service@beansjourney.com, and we will guide you through the return process.
2. How can I return my items?

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and condition, along with the receipt. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be refused. If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please retain the packaging and contact us immediately at service@beansjourney.com.
